How long will the repairs take?
A few factors come into play here - the extent of damage to the vehicle, how soon we can get the parts needed, and how many cars we have lined up. An estimated date of completion will be given when the estimate is made.
Can you match the exact paint color?
Our computerized paint matching system color matches the existing color on the vehicle.
What about a rental car?
If you are the claimant a rental car is covered by insurance, if not, your policy may still cover the cost.
D&R Auto Rental is our on-site rental company which makes the transition to a rental quick and easy!
What forms of payment can I use?
We accept cash, checks, and credit cards. Payment is due upon pickup of the vehicle. Credit card payments accepted only for deductibles and customer pay below $1,000.
Are you open on the weekend?
Our regular business hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm but we can try our best to accommodate a weekend appointment if needed.
